Curriculum Vitae

Fridolin Wild, M.A., studied information science in Regensburg, Hildesheim, and Munich. He founded axon-e interactive media in 1998, and managed numerous commercial and governmental projects there until he left the company in 2003. In 2004 he graduated as magister artium in information science and politology.

From August 2004 to December 2007, he has been researching within the ProLearn project, the EU Network of Excellence (NoE) for technology enhanced professional learning. From October 2005 to December 2008 Fridolin has been additionally working within the iCamp project being the technical manager and leading a work package on interoperability of social software tools for learning. Since March 2008, he is leading a work package on integration in the also EU IST funded project 'language technology for lifelong learning' (LTfLL) and since February additionally (together with Felix Mödritscher) a work package on community building and sustaining within the ROLE project (responsive open learning environments).

In 2007, Fridolin was voted treasurer of the European Association of Technology-Enhanced Learning (EATEL).

Fridolin works a scientist at the Institute of Information Systems of the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and is pursuing a doctoral degree with Prof. Dr. Christian Wolff at the University of Regensburg.
